Technical Information
Outline of Technology
Image : Machining Machining
We specialize in cutting fluorocarbon resins(PTFE, PFA, etc.) and super engineering plastics(PI(Vespel), PEEK, PBI(Celazole), POM, etc.).
We process products for diverse applications, using highly sophisticated processing and composite technology.
Image : Injection molding Injection molding

We specialize in clean and precise injection molding of fluorocarbon resins ( PFA , PVDF , ETFE , etc.) and super engineering plastics ( PPS, PEEK, PA, POM, etc.). We can meet customers ' needs in molding and composite technology as well as in mold technology.

Image : Isostatic molding (compression molding) Isostatic molding

Isostatic molding is a kind of technique which products are molded by equal hydrostatic pressure in static water.
This technique is less susceptible to distortion in molding and can be used for thin molding processes and containers.

Image : Welding and fusion welding Welding and fusion welding
If machining or injection molding processes cannot be implemented, welding, fusion welding or forming processes are used.
Weld strength can be increased about 10 times, depending on the service conditions, using the grades we recommend.
Image : ACM ACM

We use themoplastic resins of ACM(Advanced Composites Materials).
ACM is widely used in areas ranging from automotive parts, aircraft, sporting and leisure goods, and building materials.

Image : Liflon Ryflon
Products are made by combining super engineering plastics, with advanced mechanical properties and heat resistance, and fluorocarbon resins, with excellent sliding properties and chemical and heat resistance, without using adhesives. It is named Ryflon because products look like the products which are lined with fluorocarbon resins on the surface.
Image : Compounds Compounds

These are composite molded materials with improved functionality achieved by adding various substances such as glass fiber to base resins for various uses.
In addition to general grade compounds, we have in place a system for producing our own compounds to serve customers' small quantity needs in order to make the best use of the properties of PTFE.
